The new KestrelPrint™ Wireless MFP Server-Bridge from Kestrelink provides a state of the art print server platform supporting native Windows printing and scanning across the network. This Wireless Print Server software runs on Ubicom’s IP3023 network processor. Innovative installation and management tools combine to reduce support costs. Demonstrated compatibility with over 33 MFP devices and over 200 of the most popular USB inkjet and laser printers helps to ensure a high degree of satisfaction with end users.
Installing the print server onto the network can be done quickly and securely using a friendly utility based on Windows Connect Now technology. Users can take advantage of the full functionality of their MFPs by using OEM print drivers they are comfortable with. Scanning is accomplished with either the OEM scanner driver, or a web-based utility. The high performance of this server's network connectivity meets end user expectations for their computer peripherals working at USB speeds. The KestrelPrint wireless print server delivers equivalent performance to a direct cable connection, even with multiple devices.
